How much does a tailor-made trip with CocoVolare cost?
The price of a tailor-made trip depends on destination, season, hotel level and length, which is why we publish "from" prices and quote each trip individually. As a reference, our Day of the Dead 2026 packages start at USD 2,299 per person. The proposal and quote are free.
How far in advance should I start planning?
Three to six months ahead secures the best hotels and flights for most destinations; for peak seasons such as Day of the Dead, Christmas, New Year or Japan in cherry-blossom season, 6 to 12 months is ideal. If your date is close, write anyway: we will assess the options with you.
What does a CocoVolare trip include?
Every CocoVolare proposal spells out in writing exactly what is included: typically accommodation, transfers, experiences and guides, 24/7 concierge support, and flights when the package says so. You know precisely what is covered before you confirm.
