Coco Managed Services Group Co S.A.S (CocoVolare), Tax ID (NIT) 901970280-5, National Tourism Registry (RNT) 256778, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website, WhatsApp, email and other service channels, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and related regulations.

Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote or booking our services: name, email, phone, country and city of residence, travel dates and interests, number of travelers and, when required for bookings, ID or passport details, dates of birth and special requirements (dietary, medical or accessibility).
We also collect browsing data through analytics cookies, only when you expressly accept them in the cookie notice.
Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) answer requests and prepare tailor-made travel proposals; (ii) manage bookings with providers such as airlines, hotels, operators and insurers, which may involve international data transfers to the countries in your itinerary; (iii) provide assistance during the trip (24/7 concierge); (iv) comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations; and (v) send you commercial communications, only with your consent.
Your rights
As data subject you may access, update, rectify and delete your personal data, request proof of the authorization granted, be informed about how your data has been used, file complaints before the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), and revoke your authorization at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@cocovolare.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the facts supporting your request. We will reply within the legal terms (queries: 10 business days; claims: 15 business days).
Data transfers
To operate your trip we share strictly necessary data with travel providers in Colombia and abroad (hotels, airlines, local operators, insurers). We require adequate protection standards from these third parties. We never sell or rent personal data.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect your information. We retain data while a commercial or legal relationship justifies it and for the periods required by Colombian accounting and tax regulations.
Minors
We process minors’ data only when provided by their parents or legal guardians for travel booking purposes, always respecting their best interests.
